Like every other college student, we faced the same struggle every semester: spending thousands on textbooks and lab coats we would only use for 6 months.
When we tried online marketplaces, we met strangers outside campus, which felt unsafe. When we used WhatsApp groups, the messages got lost in the noise of 500+ other members.
"Why isn't there a secure, dedicated space just for our university?"
That simple question led to the birth of CampusKart. We built a prototype in a hostel room, tested it with a few friends, and within weeks, hundreds of students were using it to save money and trade safely.
